What is a DTF Gang Sheet?
A gang sheet is a single sheet of film that contains multiple designs arranged together, maximising every centimetre of print space. At 58cm × 100cm, our sheets give you plenty of room to pack in logos, text, full artwork, and more — all printed at once for maximum value.

Artwork & File Requirements
To ensure the best possible print quality, please follow these artwork guidelines before uploading your file. Artwork not meeting these requirements may result in delays or quality issues.
Important: We only accept PDF or PNG files. JPEG, AI, PSD, and other formats will not be accepted. Please convert your artwork before uploading.
File Format
- PDF or PNG only — no other formats accepted
- File must be set up at full print size (1:1 scale, not scaled down)
- Colour mode: RGB (our RIP software converts to CMYK for printing)
Resolution & DPI
- Minimum 300 DPI at full print size — lower resolution files will appear pixelated
- Vector artwork (PDF from Illustrator) is preferred for logos and text
- Raster images (PNG) must be at least 300 DPI at the intended print size
Background
- Artwork must have a transparent background — not white
- A white background will be printed as white ink on the final transfer
- Use PNG format with transparency preserved, or PDF with no background layer
Minimum Line & Detail Size
- Minimum line width: 1mm — finer details may not reproduce clearly
- Minimum text size: 6pt at print size
- Avoid hairlines and strokes thinner than 0.5pt
Colours We Cannot Print
- Neon / fluorescent colours — our inks are standard CMYK-based, neons cannot be reproduced accurately
- Metallic / foil effects — we do not offer metallic or specialty foil inks
- Fade-outs / transparent edges — artwork fading to transparent will print with a hard edge due to the white underbase

DTF Heat Transfer Instructions
Follow these steps carefully to achieve a perfect, long-lasting press. Using incorrect settings may cause poor adhesion, lifting edges, or colour issues.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Pre-press the Garment
Pre-press your blank garment for 3–5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles. This ensures a flat, clean surface for the transfer.
Position Your Transfer
Place the DTF transfer on the garment with the printed side face-down. Centre your design and ensure no edges are folded or lifted.
Apply Heat & Pressure
Press at 150°C with 40–80 PSI for exactly 6 seconds. Ensure even pressure across the entire transfer.
Hot Peel the Film
Immediately peel the film back at a 45-degree angle while the transfer is still hot. Do not let it cool before peeling — our transfers are hot-peel.
Repress with Teflon Sheet
Cover the pressed transfer with a Teflon sheet (or silicone paper) and repress for a further 6 seconds. This seals the transfer, improves durability, and gives a professional matte finish.
Important tips: Always use the repress step — skipping it reduces wash durability. For stretchy fabrics, use a lower pressure setting (40 PSI). Always test on a scrap piece of fabric first. Do not use steam or moisture during pressing.
Care Instructions (After Pressing)
- Wait at least 24 hours before washing for first time
- Wash inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle
- Do not tumble dry on high heat — low or no heat only
- Do not iron directly on the printed area
- Do not dry clean

Turnaround Time
All orders have a 24-hour print turnaround. Orders placed before 3:00 PM (AEST) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be dispatched the following business day.

Shipping insurance is available at checkout for added peace of mind. We recommend insurance for large or high-value orders.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our DTF gang sheet printing, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom printed items once the order has been sent to print.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue and we will work to make it right.
Artwork Approval
- We print artwork as-is — please double-check your file before uploading
- We are not responsible for spelling errors, incorrect sizing, or low-resolution files submitted by the customer
- If we notice an obvious issue with your file, we will contact you before printing
Please check your artwork carefully before submitting. We print what you send us. Refunds are not available for customer errors in artwork files.
