Refund policy

• No Change of Mind Refunds: ⚠️We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, sizing errors, or customer file mistakes.
• Cancellations & Fees: ⚠️ Artwork Notice: Please ensure your files are print-ready. Orders cancelled due to incorrect file setups or artwork changes will incur a $15.00 administration & file-audit fee. Unprinted orders cancelled before file auditing incur no charge.  Orders in physical production cannot be refunded.
• Faults & Defects: ⚠️Notify us at sales@monkeytransfres within 1 days of receipt with order details and photos for genuine manufacturing defects. Eligible issues receive a reprint or store credit at our discretion.
• Application Issues: We are not liable for damage or peeling caused by incorrect customer heat press settings or application techniques.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

• Artwork Responsibility: You must supply print-ready files (PNG/PDF, transparent background, min 300 DPI). We are not liable for low-quality prints due to poor files.
• Colour Matching: We do not colour match , please order a Colour Chart if you wish to match a certain colour with our colour chart only. Colour variations may occur due to screen and printer differences -RGB file will not print acurately, CMYK is the best method for a colour selection for DTF printing.
• Intellectual Property: You warrant you hold rights to all submitted artwork. We reserve the right to refuse infringing or inappropriate content.
