Turnaround Time
All orders have a 24-hour print turnaround. Orders placed before 3:00 PM (AEST) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be dispatched the following business day.

Shipping insurance is available at checkout for added peace of mind. We recommend insurance for large or high-value orders.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our DTF gang sheet printing, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom printed items once the order has been sent to print.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue and we will work to make it right.
Artwork Approval
- We print artwork as-is — please double-check your file before uploading
- We are not responsible for spelling errors, incorrect sizing, or low-resolution files submitted by the customer
- If we notice an obvious issue with your file, we will contact you before printing
Please check your artwork carefully before submitting. We print what you send us. Refunds are not available for customer errors in artwork files.
