What Is a
Gang Sheet?
A gang sheet is a print canvas on which multiple designs are arranged together and printed as a single job. Rather than printing each design individually, you group your artwork onto one sheet and print it all at once, making the process far more efficient and cost-effective. Our standard gang sheet size is 58cm wide by 100cm long, giving you a generous canvas to work with.
The beauty of the format is the flexibility. Fill the canvas with one large design, repeat a smaller graphic to get multiple copies from a single order, or mix different artworks to cover your full product range. It works equally well for small custom runs and large production batches.

Getting Your Artwork
Print Ready
Submitting your gang sheet is simple, provided your artwork meets a few key requirements. Files must be PDF or PNG at a minimum of 300 DPI, with all designs on a fully transparent background. Elements smaller than 1mm or 4 pixels may not transfer cleanly, so check your file carefully before uploading.
Note that our printer works in CMYK, not RGB, so screen colours may look slightly different in the final print. We recommend working in CMYK from the start for the most accurate output. For a reliable colour reference, our printed Colour Chart ($49.95) provides CMYK codes across a full range of printable tones.

Please ensure your artwork meets these specifications before submitting to avoid any delays.
PDF or PNG Format Only
We only accept PDF or PNG files. JPEG, AI, PSD, and other formats cannot be processed. Convert your artwork before uploading.
Minimum 300 DPI Resolution
Your file must be at least 300 DPI at full print size. Lower resolution files will appear pixelated in the final print.
Transparent Background
Artwork must have a transparent background, not white. A white background will print as white ink on the transfer film.
Minimum 1mm Line Width
Fine details smaller than 1mm may not reproduce clearly at print. Minimum text size is 6pt at final print dimensions.
Full Size (1:1 Scale)
Set up your artwork at the actual intended print size — not scaled down. We print what you send, at the size you specify.
What We Cannot Print
Neon / Fluorescent Colours —not achievable with our CMYK-based ink system
Metallic / Foil Effects —we do not offer metallic or specialty foil inks
Fade-outs to Transparent —white underbase creates a hard edge on transparent fades
JPEG / Low-Resolution Files —will not be accepted due to quality concerns
